If interested in becoming a member of STHBRA, email us to request an application.

The current annual membership investment for a Builder member is $485.00. For an Associate member (i.e. subcontractor, material or service supplier, or those engaged in the trade industry or a profession related to home building) the annual fee is $465.00. This amount includes membership with the New York State Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. All members are required to submit a copy of their certificate of insurance upon application.(For more information or to request an application please contact us.)
