The current annual membership investment for a Builder member is $557.00. For an Associate member (i.e. subcontractor, material or service supplier, or those engaged in the trade industry or a profession related to home building) the annual fee is $537.00. This amount includes membership with the New York State Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
